**To register at the member rate you must fit at least one of the following criteria:
Be a member of an EFMI National Member Society
Be a researcher at one of the Farr Institute of Health Informatics’ academic centres


To facilitate processing, participants must clearly indicate in all remittances their name, address and registration number. Payment of registration fees should be made by one of the following methods:

Credit Card:
Payment by credit card is available only through the online form. We accept VISA and Mastercard.

Bank Transfer/Payment by Invoice:
If you select to pay via bank transfer your invoice will be attached to the confirmation letter you will receive upon completing your registration.

Please ensure you pass this invoice to your accounts department for prompt payment. Payment is due two months prior to the conference, the 27 January 2017. 
Please note, payment by invoice is only available until Friday 27 January 2017.

Terms and Conditions of Registration
Full payment must be received before the corresponding registration deadline to benefit from early/pre onsite registration fees. Any registration fees still outstanding two weeks after the close of the early bird deadline will be automatically upgraded to the late registration fee.

Cancellation and refund policy

Registration Cancellation Policy:
Up to 24 December 2016: Full refund less £50.00 + VAT administration fee
After 24 December 2016 and before 27 January 2017: 25% refund
From 27 January 2017: no refund

Please note if you pre-register and do not attend the conference you will be charged your participation fee and will be required to settle any outstanding balances.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy:
For the Radisson Edwardian Hotel:
Up to 17 February 2017: no charge
After 17 February 2017: charged in full

For all other hotels:
Up to 20 March 2017: no charge
After 20 March 2017: charged in full

Changes, substitutions and cancellations of registration:

Notification of changes or cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the Informatics for Health Delegate Services Team at Substitutions/replacements can be made at any time and are subject to a £50.00 + VAT administration fee.

All applicable refunds will be made after the conference.
Bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all conference registration refunds.

In the unlikely case of cancellation of the event, the organisers shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including transport costs, accommodation etc. Delegates are encouraged to take out travel insurance when making travel and accommodation arrangements.
